The FBI says Aranza Maria Ochoa Lopez was discovered protected final month in Michoacán, Mexico, by native authorities. She was taken again to the US by FBI particular brokers.
Aranza Lopez was kidnapped by her mom, Esmeralda Lopez-Lopez, on October 25, 2018, throughout a court-supervised visitation at Vancouver Mall in Washington state.
It was decided that Aranza Lopez had been taken to Mexico.
