Three individuals have been killed in Jacksonville, Florida, in what police are calling a racially-motivated taking pictures.
The gunman, who has been recognized as 21-year-old Ryan Palmeter – opened fireplace inside a comfort retailer in a traditionally Black neighbourhood.
