BANGKOK — Thailand’s Prime Minister Prayuth Chan-ocha introduced on Tuesday his retirement from politics, 9 years after he took energy in a coup as military chief.
“From now on I want to quit politics, resigning as a member of the United Thai Nation Party,” his celebration mentioned in an announcement. Prayuth will stay caretaker premier till a brand new authorities is fashioned. — Reuters
