Tesla driver dead after plowing into firetruck on freeway

A Tesla driver is lifeless and a passenger has been left critically injured after the automotive plowed into a hearth truck was parked on a Northern California freeway to defend a crew clearing one other accident, hearth officers say.

Four firefighters who had been within the truck when it was struck on Interstate 680 early on Saturday morning (Saturday night time AEDT) had been handled for minor accidents, mentioned Tracie Dutter, assistant chief of the Contra Costa County Fire Protection District.

The driver was declared lifeless on the scene, Dutter mentioned. The automotive wanted to be lower open to take away the passenger, who was taken to the hospital.
