Republican-controlled state house expels Democrat after gun control protest

NASHVILLE, Tennessee – Republicans who management the Tennessee House of Representatives voted on Thursday to expel Justin Jones, the primary of three Democratic members for his or her position in a gun management demonstration on the statehouse final week.
