ASPI’s Malcolm Davis says it seems like Russia and China are “drawing closer,” following a gathering between Vladimir Putin and China’s high diplomat.
“It’s a really worrying move,” Mr Davis advised Sky News Australia.
“The key context here is will China supply military hardware, ammunition, artillery pieces, missiles, weapons and so forth to Russia.
“That would potentially change the course of the war in Ukraine.”
