ATHENS — Part of a bridge collapsed on Sunday alongside a hoop street in Patras, Greece’s third-largest metropolis, killing one individual and injuring eight, the hearth brigade stated.
Fire brigade rescuers had been on the scene to drag out any folks trapped, fireplace brigade spokesman Ioannis Artopoios stated.
Part of the bridge was decreased to a mass of damaged concrete slabs and iron rods and dozens of rescuers had been working on the spot, footage from Greek media confirmed.
