A gaggle of moms, who say their sons’ and daughters’ lives had been devastated by social media, is pushing for brand spanking new legal guidelines that will maintain the platforms accountable. But efforts to drive social media firms to do extra to guard minors from hurt on-line haven’t made a lot progress in Congress.
