Monks was discovered unresponsive at a Bundamba house at about 9.30pm final Saturday, February 4.
Police allege the 21-year-old Dinmore man was identified to Monks.
He’s being charged with one depend of homicide and can seem at Brisbane Magistrates Court tomorrow.
Anyone with data regarding the alleged homicide has been urged to contact police.
Monks is being remembered as a “much-loved daughter, granddaughter and sister”.
