An elevated part of Interstate 95 collapsed in Philadelphia after a tanker truck carrying a petroleum product caught hearth, closing a closely traveiled phase of the US east coast’s important north-south freeway indefinitely, authorities stated.
Transport officers warned of intensive delays and avenue closures and urged drivers to keep away from the world within the northeast nook of the town.
