Australia offering the E-7A Wedgetail to help the Ukraine effort is a “major step forward” with its help to Kyiv, says United States Studies Centre Senior Fellow Stephen Loosley.
“This is a different dimension in terms of a technical step up for Australia with a hundred personnel approximately and a Wedgetail being committed for the next six months – this is a change in our support for Ukraine,” Mr Loosely advised Sky News Australia.
