A woman strolling her canine alongside the highway was oblivious to an enormous Range Rover transporting a “cackling” Prince Andrew – till it got here up behind her, in line with the Daily Mirror’s Russell Myers.
“There are unfortunate frames of him sort of laughing and cackling that get brought up whenever there’s a story about Prince Andrew,” Mr Myers instructed Sky News Australia.
“But in this incident, this poor lady didn’t know what was going on … it gave us all a laugh.”
