HONG KONG — Family and mates of Abby Choi, a Hong Kong mannequin who was murdered in a grotesque case in February, gathered at a memorial corridor within the metropolis on Sunday to pay their last respects.

The vigil occurred at Po Fook Memorial Hall within the Tai Wai space of Sha Tin district, adhering to Buddhist traditions.

The homicide of the 28-year-old influencer shocked the world after elements of her stays had been present in a village home in Hong Kong.

A funeral ceremony on Monday morning will likely be adopted by a cremation at a monastery on town’s Lantau Island. — Reuters
