An arrest has been made after members of the Burke household had been forcibly faraway from a courtroom by gardai after repeatedly interrupting a judgment being learn out on the Court of Appeal. Irish trainer Enoch Burke was eliminated by 4 members of An Garda Siochana after refusing to depart and clung to a bench within the courtroom.
