Fighter jets have been noticed taking off from a Taiwan air base as China begins three days of navy drills in response to President Tsai’s assembly with U.S. Speaker Kevin McCarthy.
The Chinese military’s Eastern Theater Command issued an announcement describing the drills as sending a “serious warning” about fight readiness simply sooner or later after the Taiwanese President returned from the United States.
