Former taoiseach of Ireland Bertie Ahern says Brexit was a “disaster” and simply “totally unhelpful”.
“For seven years, it’s created difficulties,” Mr Ahern instructed Sky News host Rosanna Lockwood.
“The real problem … is that it brought up issues that we had long settled.”
