KYIV — At least 16 folks together with a baby have been killed and plenty of wounded in a Russian assault on town of Kostiantynivka in jap Ukraine on Wednesday, officers mentioned, as US Secretary of State Antony Blinken visited Kyiv.

Ukrainian officers posted a video on the Telegram messaging app which confirmed a loud explosion ripping by buying alleys, with folks falling to the bottom and a few operating for canopy. Local media described it as a missile assault.
“This Russian evil must be defeated as soon as possible,” Zelenskiy mentioned.
