A Georgia bail bondsman, Scott Hall is accused of taking part in a scheme to breach election tools in Coffee County.
He turned himself in to the Fulton County Jail on Tuesday.
He is dealing with seven counts, together with certainly one of racketeering, two counts of conspiracy to commit election fraud, one rely of conspiracy to commit laptop theft, one rely of conspiracy to commit laptop trespass, one rely of conspiracy to commit laptop invasion of privateness, and one rely of conspiracy to defraud the state.
