Police initially believed a fourth victim was in that car, but later said they did not think any other people had been hurt.
“This is a harmful individual and it is random so there’s a hazard to the group,” he said.
“We haven’t got a motive, we do not know why. We will do every part we will to find and apprehend that individual.”
Yakima, which sits 100 miles (160 kilometers) southeast of Seattle, is a metropolis of round 100,000 individuals.
