Opposition Leader Peter Dutton has condemned the “bizarre act” of Novak Djokovic’s father, who was evicted from the Australian Open this week for posing for photographs with Russian supporters.
It comes as 11 Ukrainian civilians have been killed and almost a dozen extra have been injured within the wake of a lethal Russian missile assault in a single day.
The assault got here in response to the announcement the United States and Germany would ship tanks to the besieged nation.
Djokovic’s father, Srdjan, was pictured posing for photographs with Vladimir Putin supporters on the Australian Open on Wednesday night time.

Peter Dutton stated it was a “bizarre act”.

“It’s a bizarre act – sometimes you see these (things) from tennis parents and others over the years, but it’s an issue for Tennis Australia.”
