Hard-hitting batsman Ben McDermott is returning residence to Queensland after eight seasons with the Tasmanian Tigers.

McDermott, 28, has signed a three-year cope with the Bulls, the place he made his first-class and one-day debuts within the 2014-2015 season earlier than departing for the Apple Isle.

McDermott, the son of Australian fast-bowling nice Craig McDermott, performed 49 first-class video games for Tasmania, scoring a century and 18 half-centuries.
