The fifth and closing Ashes Test is about to get underway after Australia retained the Ashes due to a rain soaked Test at Old Trafford.

Piers Morgan has taken purpose on the Aussies in a blistering swipe within the wake of the fourth Test that resulted in a draw.

Morgan appeared on the Vaughany and Tuffers Cricket Club podcast the place he lamented the best way the collection had come to an finish.

“I honestly think England have been the better team for the four matches …
“It’s the wrong way to decide a Test match, let alone an Ashes-defining Test match.
“I know we’ve beaten Australia a few times over the last 20 years but I don’t remember a Test match where England have completely dominated and bullied Australia.”
