The legacy of reigning PBA Most Valuable Player and 2014 NCAA Most Valuable Player Scottie Thompson is now cemented within the partitions of his alma mater, the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA.
The college on Thursday retired Thompson’s jersey quantity 6 throughout Perpetual’s University Week.
In a brief speech, Thompson thanked his alma mater for the popularity.

During his collegiate profession, Thompson and the ALTAs clinched a Final Four spot thrice (2012-14). He was a part of the Mythical Team thrice (2012, 2014, 2015) and was additionally named because the NCAA’s Most Improved Player in 2012.
Thompson was joined by his spouse Jinky and college officers Richard Tamayo, Board Secretary of UPHSD, and Anton Tamayo, member of the Board of Directors, ALTAS group supervisor, and Scottie’s former teammate.
