Golden State celebrity Stephen Curry doesn’t require surgical procedure to his left-shoulder in what coach Steve Kerr described as “the best-case scenario” after the participant was subbed out throughout a defeat by the Indiana Pacers.
Curry underwent an MRI scan on Thursday and was identified with a left-shoulder subluxation that may not require surgical procedure, after injuring himself on a defensive play in Wednesday night time’s 125-119 loss at Indiana.
The in-form guard completed with a game-high 38 factors within the defeat, regardless of taking part in simply half-hour.
“Knowing that it wasn’t going to need surgery or anything like that was great news,” Curry mentioned at Wells Fargo Center forward of the Warriors’ NBA sport with the Philadelphia 76ers on Friday.
“Now, you just have to trust the process. We’re just trying to figure out how to get pain-free quickly, get your strength back and then work your way back into it appropriately.”
Golden State haven’t formally confirmed a timeline for Curry’s NBA return.
“It was what we were looking for and it really is the best-case scenario,” coach Steve Kerr mentioned.
“So now, we try to tread water and try to keep it together until he gets back.”
