NBL star Harry Froling has undergone emergency surgical procedure after struggling a fractured cranium throughout an allegend one-punch assault.
The Brisbane Bullets centre was reportedly left with blood popping out of his ears after the alleged assault which was captured on CCTV footage.
As first reported by The Daily Telegraph, Froling was seen on CCTV footage being faraway from a nightclub on Crown St in Wollongong round 2am on Monday morning simply hours after his group’s sport towards the Illawarra Hawks.
NSW Police have confirmed preliminary inquiries recommend Froling was punched within the head and fell to the bottom. An investigation stays ongoing.

The Bullets have confirmed Froling will miss the remainder of the NBL season.
“The Brisbane Bullets are working closely with NSW Police and NBL Integrity Unit as they investigate the circumstances surrounding an alleged assault on Harry Froling,” the group stated in an announcement.
“Harry is currently recovering from an incident that occurred following the team’s away game in Wollongong and will miss the remainder of the NBL23 season.
“As an investigation is underway, the club is not in a position to make any further comment, other than to say the players, coaches and staff all send their well wishes and love to Harry, and his family.
“The club respectfully asks for privacy for the Froling family at this time.”
The CCTV footage reportedly confirmed Froling speaking to a gaggle of unknown females on the road earlier than he was approached by a male who appeared to punch him within the face.
As reported by The Telegraph, the imaginative and prescient seems to point out Froling hit his head on the bottom following the assault and one witness has advised the publication Froling gave the impression to be unconscious.
Police and ambulance companies had been known as round 2.40am and the 24-year-old was transported to Wollongong Hospital.
Froling is reported to have refused to endure a head scan and ignored medical doctors’ recommendation and discharged himself from the hospital to fly with the remainder of his group again to Brisbane.
After arriving in Brisbane, Froling complained of complications and transported himself to Prince Charles Hospital.
He underwent emergency surgical procedure following a CT scan.
NSW Police have launched an announcement interesting for info.
“Officers attached to Wollongong Police District commenced an investigation and initial inquiries suggest the man was punched in the head and fell to the ground,” the statement read.
“Detectives would like to speak with an unknown male that was seen on Crown Street, opposite Aitchison Street, around the time of the incident.
“He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, aged in his 20s with short brown hair.”
