“Oh Giddey, just rifled it like a quarterback!” Thunder commentator Chris Fisher exclaimed.

Despite the dazzling play and Giddey incomes extra plaudits for his improved three-point shot – making a pair from deep within the first half – and the Thunder coming off their greatest win for the season over the Celtics – they fell to Orlando 115-126 to slip to 16-22 general.

Giddey added 16 factors, 5 rebounds and 4 assists in 31 minutes.

Elsewhere, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored a game-high 33 for OKC, whereas Paolo Banchero (25 factors, eight rebounds, seven assists), Terrence Ross (18 factors) and Wendell Carter Jr. (13 factors, 13 rebounds, two blocks) led the way in which for the Magic.

The Magic sapped a three-game dropping streak to enhance to 14-24.
