Magnolia remains undefeated at TNT’s expense; Tiongson drops 37 to tow Terrafirma past NLEX

The Magnolia Hotshots Pambansang Manok remained undefeated within the PBA On Tour preseason match on the expense of the TNT Tropang Giga, 96-63, on Friday on the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig.

The Hotshots relied on a powerful second quarter efficiency as they outscored TNT, 28-13, to finish the primary half at 43-31. Magnolia by no means seemed again and restricted TNT to 11 factors in opposition to its 31-point surge within the closing body to take the win.

Rome dela Rosa topped the Hotshots in scoring with 19 factors, whereas James Laput registered 11 factors and 13 rebounds in Magnolia’s fifth win.

The win spoiled Glenn Khobuntin’s 23-point efficiency for TNT which remained winless in three video games.

Earlier, Juami Tiongson dropped 37 factors to tow the Terrafirma Dyip previous the NLEX Road Warriors, 110-97.

Tiongson waxed sizzling from past the arc as he drilled seven triples for Terrafirma’s second win in 5 video games. NLEX, in the meantime, went all the way down to 1-4 within the standings.

PBA On Tour will return to motion on Saturday afternoon because the NorthPort Batang Pier face Barangay Ginebra San Miguel on the Batangas City Coliseum.
