De La Salle University remained undefeated in six video games after its takedown of Adamson University, 22-25, 25-14, 25-16, 25-19, on Sunday within the UAAP Season 85 ladies’s volleyball match on the Filoil EcoOil Centre in San Juan.
Angel Canino had 21 factors and 17 glorious receptions whereas Thea Gagate had 16 factors within the four-set win of the Lady Spikers. Trisha Tubu led Adamson with 13 factors whereas Kate Santiago had 12 factors with the Lady Falcons taking place to 4-2.
On the opposite hand, Ateneo de Manila University snapped a four-game skid on the expense of University of the Philippines, 25-16, 25-20, 25-22.
Vanie Gandler had 17 factors for the Blue Eagles whereas Faith Nisperos added 14 factors within the win which improved Ateneo’s standings to 2-5. Jewel Encarnacion had 11 factors for UP to go right down to 1-5.
In the boys’s division, La Salle swept Adamson, 25-21, 25-18, 25-20, whereas Ateneo received over UP in straight units, 25-18, 25-21, 25-19.
UAAP motion will return on Wednesday with Adamson taking up UP and La Salle dealing with NU to cap the primary spherical of elimination.
