Gab Cometa is bringing his skills to Taft Avenue.
Cometa confirmed to GMA Integrated News on Friday his switch to De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
“Yes, [I’m] going to Benilde,” Cometa stated in a message.
Cometa’s exit from San Beda University was first reported in late May.
“I chose Benilde because ito rin ‘yung dream school ko,” stated the previous guard of the Red Lions.
(“I chose Benilde because this is also my dream school.”)
In NCAA Season 98, Cometa posted averages of 4.6 factors, 2.3 assists, and a couple of.3 rebounds per sport.
Cometa is the most recent Red Lion to maneuver out of Mendiola following Rhayyan Amsali, who transferred to UST, and Tony Ynot and Justine Sanchez who like Cometa will even play for the Taft-based squad.
