The Filipino Basketball League (FilBasket) is planning to develop to the Asian markets and has rebranded its league to AsiaBasket.
The league stated the rebrand was “seen as an opportunity to create an image that resonates with Asian audiences.” and they’re trying ahead to creating partnerships and collaborations for development with companions in Asia.
“We are thrilled to unveil our new brand identity, which represents a significant milestone for our league,” stated Jai Reyes, the president of AsiaBasket. “Our new name and logo are symbolic of our commitment to the sport, our players, and our fans, and we look forward to creating even more exciting experiences for everyone involved with AsiaBasket.”
Back in late October, the league held an invitational tourney in Malaysia.
It will maintain one other AsiaBasket International Championship in Malaysia on April 9 to 18.
The league, nonetheless, stated it’s going to preserve the FilBasket model after they maintain native tourneys.
