Dwight Howard, 37, to meet with Warriors —report

Eight-time All-Star Dwight Howard will meet with the Golden State Warriors subsequent week, The Athletic reported.

The 37-year-old free agent middle didn’t play within the NBA final season, competing professionally in Taiwan as an alternative.

The Warriors reportedly have been exploring the addition of a veteran large man for the 2023-24 marketing campaign.

Howard is a three-time NBA Defensive Player of the Year who led the league in rebounding 5 occasions and blocks two occasions earlier in his 18-year profession. He received a championship with the Los Angeles Lakers in 2019-20.
