Dennis Schroder says he played ‘worst game’ against Latvia

Despite Germany profitable towards Latvia within the 2023 FIBA World Cup quarterfinals, 81-79, Dennis Schroder stated he has most likely performed his “worst game” in his profession.

Schroder posted 9 factors, 4 assists, and a rebound en path to securing a semifinals slot.

“That’s probably the worst game I’ve ever played in my career,” Schroder stated on Wednesday.

Despite this, he credited his teammates for nonetheless serving to him within the sport.

 

 

“We’re still in the semifinals, I think, shoutout to all these guys in the locker room who helped me win this game. That’s the reason why we are together and we are a special team.”

He additionally praised Latvia of their efficiency.

“Big shoutout to them. They played hard, shooting a lot of threes. [They’ve] beat[en] a lot of teams in this tournament. Shoutout to them, they’re a really good team.”

Latvia defeated powerhouse groups corresponding to France and Spain of their dream run heading to Manila.

For now, they may benefit from the night time and can attempt to return to their preparation after they play the United States on Friday within the semifinals.
