Yet the Dunsborough product stated he was now making an attempt to work on the offensive aspect of his recreation and is utilizing his time on the likes of Clayton Oliver, Patrick Dangerfield and Patrick Cripps as a part of his training.

“Mainly it’s the transition game because my strength as a player is around the contest with my tackling and pressure,” he stated.

“The ability to get out and get on contested possession, that’s something I’m really trying to improve in my game.

“I think especially being a young play just crashing and bashing inside it can cut you down a little bit, get a bit tired but I’m still loving and I’m feeling fresher than ever.

“I’m really learning and hopefully can implement that into my game and throughout the year, throughout the next few weeks become more offensive as well and try to dictate my own game.”
