Port Adelaide defender Kane Farrell has a damaged cheekbone amid fears ahead Mitch Georgiades might have suffered a season-ending knee damage.

Which all leaves Bassett and his fellow coaches with selection issues at both ends of the ground for the match against the pace-setting Saints, the only club currently with five wins from six starts.

“They have definitely carried out very strongly,” Bassett mentioned.

“Defensively, they’re very nicely organised and so they’re troublesome to attain towards.”
