Geelong Cats star Ollie Henry suffered a horror damage on Friday night time when he ruptured his testicle.
The incident occurred late on in a sport towards the Richmond Tigers.
Once the sport ended, Henry reported his nasty damage to Cats’ medical doctors.
The membership confirmed he could be sidelined for 2 weeks whereas he recovers.
“Ollie Henry, late in the game had a testicular rupture from a collision,” stated Geelong soccer supervisor Simon Lloyd.
“Basically, post-game he reported it to the club medicos and he has had that repaired so he will miss a couple of weeks.”
Henry’s brother Jack might function his substitute towards Fremantle this weekend.
Jack is recovering from damage himself after breaking his foot.
Ruptured testicles are usually not unusual in high-contact sports activities.
Former Geelong assistant coach James Kelly, North Melbourne defender Scott Thompson and Collingwood gun Steele Sidebottom have all suffered the identical damage.
