Legal proceedings have begun towards AFL membership Geelong over a historic declare of alleged sexual abuse from the early Eighties.
The Cats launched a press release on Sunday saying they’d turn out to be conscious that authorized proceedings had commenced within the Supreme Court of Victoria.
“The club understands that a historical claim of serious sexual abuse has been made by a person who was engaged with the club’s under 19’s team in the early 1980s,” Geelong mentioned in a press release.
