Fyfe remains a Derby CHANCE despite foot complaint

Fremantle have completed a whole 180 on Nat Fyfe’s health, saying he’s nonetheless an opportunity to play within the Western Derby on Sunday as he offers with a foot damage.

Fyfe was a late out for the Dockers’ conflict in opposition to North Melbourne on Sunday and after the loss coach Justin Longmuir mentioned the star would miss “probably two weeks” with plantar fasciitis.

“It didn’t react to last week’s game. It pulled up really sore. We’re at the point where he didn’t get up for the game obviously,” Longmuir mentioned.

“Our medical staff have done some work behind the scenes. Obviously, he didn’t play today and he’ll be off legs for a little bit trying to maximise a bit of a rest. He probably needs another week just to calm it down.
