A wild brawl between two ladies and a gaggle of law enforcement officials broke out simply hours after Melbourne ranging within the New Year.
The conflict befell on the nook of Flinders St finish of Elizabeth St within the CBD at round 2.20am on New Year’s Day.
In the video, a blonde lady in a white gown may be seen preventing with police, kicking and shoving officers as they attempt to restrain her.
A second lady may be seen making an attempt to relax a person yelling on the scene.
One of the officers grabs the girl by the ponytail and drags her to the bottom.
The cops then put her in handcuffs earlier than protecting her modesty as her brief, white gown rides up.

Victoria Police mentioned there have been “numerous incidents across Melbourne’s CBD on New Year’s Eve” as partygoers carried on into the evening.
More than 4,500 police had been deployed throughout the state – with most reporting “outstanding behaviour”, in response to Victoria Police deputy Commissioner Rick Nguent.
“I‘m really pleased to report that the behaviour of the public last night, across the state, was excellent,” he said.
“I did wander around the city last night, there was a real buzz, there was a real vibe and there was a real atmosphere here.”
But, he said, the celebrations were marred by offending in some areas with 49 arrests made.
This was one (arrest) up on last year, which is quite remarkable compared to the number of people out and about,” deputy Commissioner Nugent said.
Three people were hospitalised with serious burns from illegal fireworks, including a Taylors Lakes man who suffered “significant facial burns”.
There were 48 reports made to police and, in Mernda in Melbourne’s northeast, a grass fireplace has been blamed on unlawful fireworks.
Deputy Commissioner Nugent mentioned there have been 10 arrests for affray, assault and theft, whereas there have been two “tragic” acts of violence.
About 1.30am, three youths had been discovered with stab wounds to their abdomens in Docklands after what was believed to be an “organised fight” between as much as 15 younger individuals.
“At this stage they’re being uncooperative with police,” he mentioned.
Later, about 3am, a 22-year-old male was set upon in an “unprovoked attack” by group of males outdoors a Toorak nightclub.
He was rushed to hospital with life-threatening accidents and 4 males, aged 18 and 19, had been helping police with inquiries.
“It‘s really quite a tragic matter … our thoughts are with his family and friends.”
