The US midterm elections “completely undermined” Donald Trump’s announcement he was working for re-election and “cut him off at the legs”, says former White House chief of employees Mick Mulvaney.
“He was planning on riding this red wave into 2023 and on into 2024. It didn’t happen,” Mr Mulvaney informed Sky News host James Morrow.
