University of Baguio (UB) alumnus Anthony Mark Dulawan Emocling made historical past as he grew to become the primary visually impaired examination taker to go the Bar Examinations.
In a Facebook publish, UB mentioned 1967 Bar topnotcher; former UB School of Law dean; and now Narvacan, Ilocos Sur Mayor Pablito V. Sanidad Sr. had guided Emocling.
