Tributes flow for nurse who died after Maryborough crash
A heartbroken group has laid to relaxation the primary of three ladies killed in a horrific Queensland crash a fortnight in the past.

Sheree Robertson’s household shared their recollections of the compassionate Maryborough Hospital nurse as her colleagues fashioned a guard of honour.

The nurse was described as a beacon of sunshine throughout her sufferers’ and colleagues’ darkest days.

“Sheree was the light of ward three, often being heard outside the doors before she was seen,” one colleague stated.

“Simple acts of kindness like sharing hot chips across the road with her patients,” nursing director Bronwyn Ramsay stated.

Loved ones donned shirts as shiny as her persona and held sunflowers as massive as her infectious smile as they celebrated the lifetime of the loving mom, daughter and sister, affectionately often called Ree.

“I’m going to miss my Ree, she was my rock,” her brother Glen Robertson stated.

To immortalise Sheree’s legacy, the hospital is planning to honour her household’s needs of putting a plaque on the entrance of the power for the girl with a depraved sense of humour.

“Sheree often joked about coming back to haunt or play tricks on us with the buzzers, the TVs and (the alarms),” one colleague shared.

“Each time one goes off for no reason now we will know you’re hanging around to see what happens on ward three next.”

It was Robertson’s mom, Jeannette, who summed up what many within the room felt.

“I love her to bits, I always will,” she stated.

“She’ll never die in my heart.”
