Toddler hospitalised after dog attack in Adelaide
A two-year-old woman has been rushed to hospital after she was bitten on the pinnacle by her household canine in Adelaide’s north-west.

It’s understood Alaruh, two, was attacked by the big canine simply after 1.30pm at a Camilla Avenue dwelling in Osborne.

The canine, known as Joop, has been seized by Port Adelaide Enfield Council staff.

The household surrendered the canine willingly.

The woman’s father is believed to have come throughout the assault on his daughter and pulled the canine away.

Neighbour Anthony Dear heard the commotion and mentioned the daddy was “freaking out a bit”.

Dear mentioned he grabbed Joop and took him in.

“It was fine with me and I’ve never met the dog before,” he mentioned.

The youngster was taken to the Women’s and Children’s Hospital, the place she was handled for non-life-threatening accidents to her face.

An investigation is underway.
