The 15-month-old boy was struck about 4.45pm yesterday by a automobile being pushed by a lady, police stated.
The incident occurred at a property on Berryman Road in Home Hill, an hour south of Townsville.
The boy was rushed to Ayr Hospital however later died.
Police are investigating the toddler’s sudden loss of life and the boy’s mom is helping police with their investigations.
