Emergency companies have been known as to a house on Ellsworth Drive, Tregear, about 10.30pm on June 10, after a person was discovered unresponsive in a bed room.
Paramedics have been unable to revive the 32-year-old.
Police allege the person had been injured throughout a bodily altercation on the house.
Two males, aged 18 and 19, and a 16-year-old lady have been earlier charged over their alleged roles within the incident. They stay earlier than the courts.
Another 16-year-old lady was arrested in Muswellbrook within the Hunter, about 2.45pm yesterday.
She has been charged with homicide and was refused bail to look at a kids’s courtroom right now, police mentioned.
Investigations are ongoing.
