Prince William has been criticized for his absence on the Women’s World Cup remaining, says Sky News host Caroline Di Russo.
“Spain were represented at the match by Queen Letizia and her daughter Princess Sofia – but there was a little bit of surprise in England that William decided not to travel out to support the team,” Ms Di Russo mentioned.
“Some politicians in the media criticized his absence as the head of the football association saying it would be unthinkable that he wouldn’t attend if the men’s team got into the world cup final.”
