Leading the Philippines’ commemoration of its one hundred and twenty fifth Independence Day, President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. ensured to handle the “un-freedoms” within the society, together with poverty and inequality.
Marcos mentioned this throughout the Independence Day ceremony held on the Quirino Grandstand on Monday.

This is the primary time that Marcos graced the commemoration of the Independence Day because the nation’s president. He additionally led the flag elevating ceremony and wreath-laying on the Rizal Monument.
During the wreath-laying, the President was accompanied by Emmanuel Calairo, chairman of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines, and Armed Forces chief General Andres Centino.
