The Office of the Ombudsman has dismissed the costs towards 4 members of the Quezon City police accused of killing 4 people in a drug operation throughout the Duterte administration.

According to a “24 Oras” report by Cedric Castillo, the case filed by Efren Morillo was junked in a June 5, 2023 resolution for lack of possible trigger.  The Ombudsman mentioned the policemen solely carried out their obligation in a official anti-drug operation.
