Opposition Leader Peter Dutton says each Australian desires to see a greater consequence for Indigenous Australians however Prime Minister Anthony Albanese’s “divisive Canberra Voice” mannequin “is not going to deliver”.
Mr Dutton stated the Liberal Party will proceed to push a “local and regional Voice” coverage.
“It’s been well worked through, it was a recommendation from the Calma-Langton report,” he stated.
“The government has decided to go with a national body and to exclude a local and regional Voice.”
