Sky News host Rita Panahi says she backs former NBA star Andrew Bogut’s criticism in direction of Prime Minister Anthony Albanese over the messaging round “toxic masculinity”.
The former NBA champion took goal on the Prime Minister on social media.
He tweeted ‘’I’ll raise my two boys to be good people, without telling them they could be toxic because of their gender’.
‘I’ll increase them with out your Gov funded lackies telling them they’re poisonous merely due to how they’re born. ‘I’ll nevertheless increase them to know simply how poisonous Governments are.’
“I back him – I’m so sick of this messaging around toxic masculinity that’s aimed at boys,” Ms Panahi stated.
“We would never dream about toxic femininity with our girls, but with boys there is no protection, there’s no concern about what this does to them and their mental health, what it does to their self-image.”
