The rider was discovered to have collided with the ute on Cusack Lane in Riverbend close to Logan about 11pm.
“The motorbike rider, a 36-year-old Flagstone man, was pronounced deceased at the scene,” Queensland Police stated in a press release.
“The driver of the vehicle, a 20-year-old Flagstone man, was physically unharmed.”
Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
